I feel terrible!! Updated at bottom!!

So when I sent out my save the dates, I also sent a 'will you be my flowergirl'card and a 'will you be my ring bearer' card to my cousins (who are sister and brother). Well, I just found out from my mom tonight that my cousin didn't receive his card, and he felt bad because he was the only one who didn't get a piece of mail. I feel awful! That was on Friday, so he might have gotten it, but what if it got lost? It was a black envelope with silver writing. I can order another card, but that'll take a week. I called them and left a message on their mom's cell phone asking if he got his card yet and that I sent one. Oh, I feel so bad. I wanted to send the cards because kids love getting mail. Now if he doesn't get it, he'll just feel bad.

AWW what a cutie...it will get there...if not maybe get him a gift to make him feel special?

Depending on his age, you could pick up this book which I gave to my ring bearers. I also got a book for my flower girls too.

Im sure he will get it. It might have just gotten sorted seperate, if he doesnt get it I think sending him a little gift to make him feel special is a nice touch...Ive seen RINGBEARER t's in 'eclusively weddings'

Thanks, girls. The only thing is, I live out of state, so I'd be sending his gift through the MAIL I hope it doesn't get lost this time!! But I'll wait for him mom to call back and find out whether he eventually got the card.

I've got you beat- I asked my cousin, who I haven't seen in years, to be my flowergirl. Then I later found out that she's 11 years old AND is 5 feet tall. Of course all the flowergirl dresses are for little girls, so I had to gently let her down. My bridesmaid dresses are a little too sexy for her, so she can't be a jr. bridesmaid. I feel badly about it.

Well, my cousin called me back this morning, and the ring bearer got his card on Saturday!! Yay! He was sooo excited. He said ' I'm gonna be a ring bear!' (I had a riddle in his card: what kind of bear likes weddings better than picnics?A ring bear!). Anyways, I'm just so happy that he got his card and doesn't feel left out anymore. I had to share.
