Liquor Store in Suffolk County Area w/ Great Deal or Discount on mini wine bottles????

Has anyone contacted any Liquor stores about this? I am trying to get a really GOOD deal on half size wine bottles in white wine or red wine since I am on such a very tight budget! I already bought wine bottle stoppers for the tables but I was thinking of putting wine bottles on the tables too with a ribbon showing our names and the date.

Any information on this would be VERY VERY VERY much appreciated!

costco has a liquor store with great deals i think the only one is in holbrook or holtsville, the one with the 'h'!!!
