how about an icecream or frozen yogert cake/pie from tcby or baskin robbins or carvel?

this is not too hard but it is yummy
graham cracker crust with chocolate pudding then whipped cream- put it in the freezer for a bit- we call it icebox cake

mud pie... oreo cookie crust... then you put some softened haagen daaz coffee ice cream in it, (need a big container or two small) drizzle magic shell on top... and pop it back in the freezer... right before you serve throw some freshly whipped cream on top! YUMMY

I LOVE THAT! we make that all the time i also use vanilla pudding and cut up bananas in it and top with whipped cream---easy quick banana cream pie

Easy to pull together, no baking necessary is to do chocolate covered strawberries. Just microwave some choc chips real quick, dip and cool in the frig!
