Apt for Rent-Anyone looking? Island Park area

Its my FIL's apt that just went vacant. Great apt for single or couple. High ranch home so not a basement apt.

Its North Long Beach area, Island Park.
Within 5 min of the beach!

Private Entrance Apt
1 Queen size bedroom, X-large living room, Eat in kitchen, Brand new!
Full Bath/Shower
$1300
Includes Electric/Cable/Gas

1 month securty Required and 1 month rent.
Non Smoker and no pets please.

OOh that sounds so nice. Exactly what we'd want for after we get married. Unforunately that's a few years off. Good Luck though
