WW recipes

Hey I thought I would start a WW thread. You must show points!! I will help those of you on it and those of you who arent on it....IT IS JUST GOOD TO EAT!

here are some I have tried or about to try!

Caramel Apple Salad
1 (20 oz.) Can Crushed Pineapple, in juice, undrained
4 Medium Red Delicious Apples, unpeeled and chopped into bite size pieces
1 (1 oz.) Box Sugar Free Instant Butterscotch Pudding Mix
1 (8 oz.) Container Fat Free Cool Whip

Puree Pineapple in the blender. Mix Pineapple and Pudding mix together. Fold in Cool whip. Fold in . Place in refrigerator for 8 hours or over night.

Serves: 8 (1 Cup Each)
Per Serving: 139 Calories; trace Fat (1.9% calories from fat); trace Protein; 34g Carbohydrate; 2g Dietary Fiber; 0mg Cholesterol; 167mg Sodium. Exchanges: 1 1/2 Fruit. WWP: 2

tator tot casserole

Ingredients


1 pound cooked extra lean ground beef
1 medium onion(s)
3 clove garlic clove(s)
1 1/2 cup canned yellow corn
1 1/2 cup Campbell's (U.S.) 98% Fat-Free Cream Of Mushroom Soup
4 oz Kraft 2% Milk Singles Reduced-Fat Pasteurized American Cheese Food
60 pieces Ore-Ida Tater Tots


Instructions


Cook the ground beef, onion and garlic. Drain. Place in the bottom of a greased pan. Mix corn and soup together and place ontop of beef. Add 6 slices of cheese and top with tator tots. Cook in a 350 oven for 30 min. or until bubbly.

Bubble Up Pizza Casserole

Ingredients


1 pound 95% lean/5% fat raw ground beef
1 medium onion(s)
16 oz canned tomato sauce
1/2 tsp basil
3 clove garlic clove(s)
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1 1/4 cup Kraft 2% Milk Reduced Fat Natural Shredded Cheese Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
15 oz Pillsbury Buttermilk Biscuit(s)


Instructions


1. Preheat oven to 350 F. In skillet, brown meat over medium high heat until browned, stirring to crumble. Stir in onion powder, tomato sauce, basil, garlic and Italian seasoning.

2. Add quartered biscuits; stir gently until biscuits are covered with sauce. Spoon mixture into a 9x13 inch baking dish coated with cooking spray. Bake for 25 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese; bake an additional 10 minutes or until biscuits are done. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.

Notes: Each of 6 servings has 7.3 WW points. Each of 8 servings has 5.5 WW points. Watch the kind of biscuit used - these are figured with 2 7.5 oz packages of generic buttermilk biscuits (each serving of 2 biscuits has 100 calories and 1.5 gms. fat). You can top each section as anyone desires, i.e., green pepper and onion, pepperoni, etc.

Have you tried the chocolate cake that WW came out with? They are so good. They're little but their only one point. Very good! They even have chocolate icing on top.

yea the carrot cake ones arent bad...but i love the choc. ones!
