Disney honeymoon
We're planning the honeymoon for Disney World and I was working with a travel agent, however, when I told her this is what we were doing she seemed disappointed and has not called me back in 2 weeks (she said she would call me with the info after I told her e/t we wanted). So, now I think I'm just going to book it myself. Where should I go to get some deals? Should I just book it on Disney.com? We def want to stay on Disney and we'll most likely stay at a moderate resort instead of the value ones. Thanks for the help!

Re: Disney honeymoon
We try to go to WDW several times a year so we are always looking for a deal. We won't go unless we can get one. We always stay on site, that is a must for us. So many beautiful places to stay and you can get some good prices if you do your homework!
For discounts, I always check www.mousesavers.com . Mary always lists any discounts for WDW that are available. For our upcoming trip next week we used a travel agent who specializes in WDW travel. Her name is SueEllen and you can get a quote at www.dreamsunlimitedtravel.com .
We always book directly through Disney, not online because they don't accept discount codes, but over the phone. I turned my reservation over to SueEllen because she will automatically get you a cheaper rate when it becomes available. She will also make all your dining reservations for you.
Another great place for WDW info is a discussion board such as this. The one I always use is www.wdwinfo.com . I haven't been able to get on there this morning
and am having withdrawls! I hope with all this info you will find what you are looking for.

I used Dawn Dorr of cruise one! I booked my HM 4 nights in DW and 7 nights on Disney cruise and 15 minutes later she called me back to re-book it because she found a better deal!
Try asking for a quote on vendors helping brides board and then see what you can do... go with who is cheaper! My only suggestion is that if a travel agent is only a little more, use them. Most of them will call you if a better deak comes along and they do all the work.... transportation to and from WDW and stuff! It is a major help for such an imprtant trip!

Re: Disney honeymoon
I wouldn't book it through the website disney.com you are always going to pay more than you should for the same thing. I would go to beachbumvacations.com I believe it is so many people find that travel agent so helpful & she can really get you a deal, also I would go to a different travel agent. We have a great one her name is Ellen at Total Travel Management--she is located in the Omni building across from Nassau Collisium on Earl Ovington Blvd if you are from Nassau. Her phone number is 222-9229. Tell her Corinne and Bill sent you maybe she can help you out.Good luck--we were thinking about doing disney as a hm but choose somewhere else in the end.
