BP Gift Question...How to Tell Them?

As part of my BP gift, I am paying to get all of their hair done in an Up-Do. I obviously have to tell them well in advance so that they don't have to worry about scheduling appointments. What is a good way to tell them? I figure since I want all of them to have their hair up & my wedding is in July, this would be a nice part of their gifts. I think it'll be more fun having everyone hanging out & getting all done up at my house the morning of my wedding.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

How about making a cute little gift certificate for them and putting it in a nice card or bag?

That's actually a really great idea!!!!!

I've been banging my head around for the perfect gift for my girls.......
The oldest girl is 27 and the youngest is 16, so this could cater to them all.
