limo/car service needed for airport

i am leaving on sunday aug. 21st. flight leaves at 6 am. so figure i would have to leave shirley by 3 am. i know it's short notice but our ride's car broke down. can you please fm me a quote for a round trip. we return the folling sunday aug. 28 at 3:00pm.
