NWR - We are buying a house!!!!!

Im so excited. We put a bid on a house and they accepted and we also had the inspector already and so far so good. The contract will be sent to us tomorrow to look at. I just hope we get the mortgage we want.

This is so exciting, yet so nerve racking. Its our dream to own a home. Money will be tight for the first few years but its worth it. YAY!!!!!

Its in Deer Park, but I dont have pics yet. Its a cute ranch, that needs a little bit of work (kitchen, bathroom and a new fence) but other than that, it a great starter home for us.

What house you buy does not need work these days

Congrats! We just became homeowners a few months ago and it feels fabulous! Just can't wait to enjoy it more after the wedding when we're home more often
