Girls who are tossing the Bo-k but not doing garter..

People keep saying to me 'youre doing one but not the other?' Anyone get else get this?

are you doing anything with the person who catches the bo-k? like is she dancing with groom or something?

I caught thebouquet at BOTH of my brother's weddings. At the second wedding, the guy who caught the garter was gay and needless to say it was amusing. But I HATED having to dance with him. Why do brides put people through this? I may do the tosses but not the dance.

I honestly DON'T CARE what anyone thinks...I personally feel the garter is tacky and it has always made me sooo uncomforable at weddings for some reason..why do I need to watch a groom put his hand up his new bride's dress!!!

We are just doing the bok and thats it!

I PERSONALLY have many couple people, not to many are single anymore... so i think i am going to give a sm. bo-k to who is married the longest.. no garter..

What are you girls doing who are just throwing the Bo-K?? You are going to throw it and then what happens after that?? Do you think people will expect the garter after?

I can't decide if I'm going to throw the bo-k, or if I'm going to give it to the longest married couple. Either way, I HATE the garter thing.

probably nothing.. I will prob just make sure the band knows we arent doing the garter toss, so they will then just continue on with the dancing..

My neighbor just did the bo-k toss then who ever caught danced with the groom.. so that is an idea, i guess

if you're getting married at a church..here is an idea I liked at my cousins wedding. she tossed it at the church! right after the ceremony. I thought that was a cute idea. when we were all outside she had the limo guy round up all the single girls

I am just doing the BK toss. My cousin did the same thing, and no one noticed.

Since we're pretty much the last of our friends to get married, we don't really have that many single friends so I don't think we're going to do either.

We are not doing either as there wont be a lot of single ppl there. When I was thiking of just foing the BK toss my stupid sister was like how can you do 1 without the other and it did make me think... but I came to the conclusion that it is our wedding and like most of her opinions I DON'T care! We have decided to do the bk dance and that it that.
