If you own a home - are you staying there on your wedding night?
we're catching a flight early the next morning - it seems like a waste to spend all that money when we have our home to come back to.What do you think?

Yep! Our first night in our home will be our wedding night. We bought it back in June but have been doing construction since to get it all ready. The major work will be done and our bedroom will be complete with new everything and our bedroom set will be in by then as well

We didnt. We stayed in a hotel. It was kind of a waste but if I went back home I think I would have had to take my son
I also stayed with him the night before the wedding at home and just left before he woke up.

We got home at 1:00 and left at 4:00. We stayed at home. It was a waste to get a hotel room for a few hours. It was actually nice and relaxing. I have travel anxiety so it was good to be at home before we left. Our real 'first night' was the night in the hotel.

We are not staying in our home. We live in Suffolk and the wedding is in Nassau. We are staying in a suite at De Seversky.

The night of the wedding we are staying at the garden city hotel because it was part of our photo package. The next night will be our first at home (also doing renovations) and then we will leave from there for the honeymoon...hopefully by then we will have a bed!

We are staying home - only 15 minutes from the hall & why pay extra $$ when you don't have to. Plus you'll have your entire honeymoon to stay in one!!
