Do you really not wear your e-ring after you get married?

I have seen so many newlyweds say that! I LOVE my e-ring and can't imagine not wearing it everyday.

I plan on wearing them together. Especially since I didn't go all out on a wedding band. It's actually pretty simple..............

i wear mine everyday. im thinking about not taking it with us on vacation next week, and i already feel naked without it

I know!! I am not taking it w/me on the HM and will miss it terribly! but better safe than sorry!

I don't...but that's because I take the train home and go through some pretty shady neighborhoods so DH doesn't allow me to. When we go out I do wear it...if I didn't have my commute, I would wear it. I feel so happy when I wear my bling.

i am planning on wearing both. i have tried them together and its pretty comfortable.

I don't wear it only because I'm not a big jewelry person. I keep it in the box it came in. I told DH I would wear it to weddings and special occassions with my wedding band and actually have been bad at it. It's been 7 months and I'm still adjusting to wearing my wedding ring everyday

yeah.. on the HM, i locked it in the safe whenever we went anywhere,,,, but this time, i just dont really want to have to think about it at all

I will always wear mine except when I'm working (I'm a cop working midnights in the South Bronx)----unfortunately my fists hit too many faces every week and I don't want my ring to get inbedded in someone's eyeball!!!! Could be a bit messy..... But, it does stay on my finger....and WILL stay on my finger everywhere else I go.

I wear mine everyday with my band. My band looks weird without it. I usually take both off to sleep (my hands swell at night) and shower.

The thought of not wearing it didn't even occur to me. After all, the decision of what wedding band I wanted was based on how it looked with my e-ring.

Same here! I have a hard to match ring as my FH wanted it to be special. But I went out of the way to find a curved ring that would fit it perfect.

I never heard that, I know some wear it on the right hand... but not at all, I could never do either, I love my e-ring

Same here... I enjoy wearing it and feel odd without it. I sleep, shower, etc with it on. The only time it's off is when I'm making meatloaf or something and when I'm working on my truck - then it comes off for safety.

I haven't decided if I'm going to wear mine on our honeymoon I'm very up in the air about this - but still have a few weeks to decide.
