Where can I find really cheap flower girl dresses?

My cousin called yesterday (the mom of my FG and RB) and wanted to know if I wanted anything specific for their tux and dress. They were both in my other cousin's wedding last November, and my FG might fit into her dress still, but maybe not. I don't want to make them get another dress, but if I can find a cute one for $30-40 I don't think she would mind buying a new one. I'm just worried since it will be a year and a half since she last wore the dress and I don't think it will still fit. She'll be 5 in Feb, so I'm sure girls grow a lot around that age. Any suggestions for online places? Thanks!

I remember yrs ago when I was like 8 I had gotten this BEAUTIFUL lavender princess dress at Sears. It was beautiful! It was my easter dress but it was way too dressy for that. I would thinkthat would have made a perfect FG dress. Honestly after easter time go shopping at department stores. You'll find some great buys and beautiful dresses!

TheBriarPatch it was a LIW recommendation and my FG looked like a little princess for about $50!

I had seen the most beautiful dress that would be perfect for a FG at Children's Place around Easter time earlier this year. It actually matched my wedding dress but it was pink. I couldn't get it for my FG because our colors are platinum and dark red.
You can also try Flower Girl Dresses . The dresses are reasonably priced compared to some I have seen in bridal boutiques...

Here's a pic of my flower girl dress. I picked this up in April after Easter from Lord and Taylor, it cost me $15 at the after easter sale. It was 99 then marked down and then an additional 40% of the lowest ticked price. You have plenty of time, I think thats the best time to buy dresses. They had so many in different styles and colors.

Try Estelle's dressy dresses. They had some nice ones. Or try places that sell communion dresses for kids -much better priced. There was a place in Massepeaqua (sp?) called Charlotte's Kids that we used - it was great! And reasonably priced.

they have really cute flower girl and junior bridesmaid gowns at the attias flea market in Sayville.

that's where I'm taking the girls...

There is a woman with a store in the back right corner of the flea market.

i definitely agree with the department stores after easter suggestions... my friend got her flower girls dress on sale at sears... and it was adorable!! or if anybody in your family sews, a simple flower girl dress is pretty easy to make... my mom made the one for my flower girl and it came out adorable

all in all, you want them to look adorable- but they're kids! its not worth spending a ton of money on a dress they'll probably spill something on at the reception
