FYI.. NWR...UPDATED with news of fred and finger...

I just wanted to give a heads up. The next couple days is packed tight with orientation and school starts next week. I also started my two grad classes yesterday. Just in case anyone wonders why I am not posting as much, I have found myself a little overwhelmed (in a good way) and I need to re-manage my time a little.

I forsee myself not being on much next week, as I need to do alot of preparing so I will check in when I can. This weekend FH will be away so I will prob be here.

My finger is ok, healing but still looks utterly disgusting and will severly hinder my plans for a pre 1st day of school fill-in

UGH UGH UGH double UGH

Took him back to the vet. The humidity and him not taking it easy caused his stitches to just come out SOOO he had to get sedated and restitched. Now he has skin glue and stictches but it needs to be exposed due to the humidity lately. This means he has to wear the cone 24/7 and he cant go outside when it is wet at all. When he does go out it must be dry and he has to wear a bootie. He has to go back on saturday morning to make sure it is ok after all the swelling goes down and then probably another week to 10 days with the cone. I am Very upset and want to cry. I try to take such good care of him and I feel like a horrible 'mom'. It doesnt help that I am so overwhlemed with starting the school year, grad and work wise

I missed some stuff here. What happened to your puppy?? I used to have a little beagle. We had to put him down a couple years back.
