Do you ever wonder how some people get to where they are in their careers? I swear, some VPs, Directors, etc, are the dumbest people I've ever dealt with....

I hear you on that! I think It's called the Peter Principle! People are promoted to just above their level of competency. It explains a lot in my workplace!

I have to agree with you!! I have not gone anywhere in my job in 10 years and the dumbest people have been promoted and even my boss is not too smart. (There really is no moving up where I work is why I have not been promoted).
