Tomorrow is my best friends wedding and I can't make it



She is getting married at City Hall tomorrow in NYC and I live in NC. I just went up about 1 1/2 weeks ago for my shower and bach party and I am going up in 2 weeks for my own wedding. I just can't take anymore time off to go to NY. I am so sad though, they are all out at a bar right now with her and then they are going to City Hall at 10am tomorrow and then to brunch. Afterwards they are going to dinner with all the friends and family. It is small, but she is one of my BM's. I should totally be there. She understands, because she only told me about it a month ago.

Sorry, I had to get that out.

So sorry. I am sure she knows that you would be there if you could. Make sure to have a huge celebration for them when you can.

Yeah, she is okay with it. I think that I am more upset than she is (of course, because it is her big day and she shouldn't be sad!). She said she is having another wedding ceremony in Ireland (that is where her hubby to be is from) and we are going to try and make that one instead. But it is just not the same!

I was thinking maybe I would do a toast or something? But a song is a good idea too!
