NWR: Car Repossesion? Any Lawyers Out there? Anyone ever have/know?

My friend's car was just repo'd in front of his house this morning, and asked me if I knew anything about it?

Unfortunately, I don't, and he can't get any answers b/c his paperwork hasn't cleared.

Just wondering if anyone knows the process, what can be done etc?

call the bank and ask how much it is to redeem the vechclie (normally all back months + repo fee they got charged)

hm...i think he did call the bank and they said the paperwork hasn't come through. he said he'll make up the past two payments and the fees, but the bank is telling him that it won't help his case right now, and he has to wait for paperwork.

this dr I used to work for many years ago,,constantly would have the bank calling looking for his car pymts..one day they came to the office and re-po'd his car and he had to pay in full..otherwise he wouldnt get the car back..
