Dillema: Younger Looking MOB Dresses - Online?

My mom's hot...she's 45 y/o, and I'm her eldest (25 y/o) and I have two younger brothers...one that's 19, and then our 'baby' who's 10...so my mom's pretty young, and the MOB dresses we've seen are very (no offense to anyone) old lady looking...or very young looking...

Does anyone know where we can look (she'll probably have her dress made by my dress maker) online for younger looking MOB dresses?

I have a somewhat similar issue with my mom - people have suggested Sugar Plum in Lynbrook and Totally You in Merrick.

Maybe she could look at some BM dresses, too?

She may want to look at 'Second Wedding' dresses. A lot of them come in pinks/golds/taugpes. I think Mon Cheri has a line of sleeker looking dresses. I'll look for the link.

That's what we may do for my mom as well.
She's what they call a MILF too

My mother who is also young looking and beautiful got her dress from Jovani. DEFINITELY not MOBish. She went to the Commack Wedding Center and ordered from the Jovani catalog.

My mom and MIL were the same way... they thought the MOB dresses were too matronly. They both ended up getting Joani dresses.

jovani has alot of mob dress that are young. Did you try the Macys Bridal in Herald Square they have a lot of jovani dresses. My mom had the same problem & she ended up with a rust/cafe dress from jovani that is so flatering on her. My mom originally looked at BM dresses but every salon she went in said you are the mother of the bride you can't wear a BM dress & I agree

no to hijack...but how's this for a parent one-upping you- my DAD is a freakin' BODYBUILDER- he walks around the street w/o a shirt on a people OOGLE my dad--it's disgusting!!!
