Survived my first two days of teaching - EVER!

OMG, I LOVE TEACHING!! I have had the best first two days - I never expected things to go so smoothly! I feel so lucky to be at my school. The students are great so far and the faculty is so supportive. And believe it or not, I'm at an NYC high school in Queens!

As much as I loved my first two days, though, I'm glad that the weekend is here. I need some sleep!!

Congrats on getting through your first two days.. only 178 more to go!! I made it through mine also, just started teaching 1st grade in a NYC school.

I teach three sections of Living Environment (9th grade) and a class on Controversial Issues in Science (such as abortion, genetic engineering, etc.) that I designed myself.

BTW: This is my 600th post! I'm finally getting closer to 1000!

Congrats!!!! Im a teacher too....but this is my first year teaching kindergarten....I survived too I was so nervous.... i didnt really know what to expect from such little kids...but they are adorable!!!!
