I got sad news....need your help

My wedding is 12 days away. I just found out that one of my BMs has to drop out.
I actually found out friday morning right before we were to meet her for the dress fitting.
I did notice that she has been acting strange and she has been distant to all of us.
Unfortunately she is not in the right state of mind right now.
No offense but I rather not elaborate on it.
I was upset because I love her dearly. I am more concerned about her than anything else. I just want her to get better.
She feels terrible and is even too embarrassed to face us.
I'm not one to care about how things 'look'. But I do have a GM who has no partner now. Will it be OK to have him walk down the aisle alone? I can't attach him to another couple because that won't look right either. My three other couples are married and I wouldn't feel right putting him with them. I don't mind if he doesn't. My FH was supposed to speak to him last night to see if he was OK with walking by himself.
Any thoughts?

Instead of having them walk down as couples have the guys already standing at the altar and the ladies walk by themselves! Or give one lucky lady an extra guy to walk down with!

My sis was short a BM and she had one BM walk with 2 guys. it looked fine. My BP is way off balance as of right now..it's 4 guys and 2 girls. If you don't want to call attentiont o it you can ahve everyone walk down the aisle separately

I think that's fine if he walks down by himself. My cousin did that for her wedding too. She had one GM walk down by himself and than 2 of them to one girl, her bridal party was
really uneven. No one cares. Good luck

You could have the girls walk by themselves or the MOH can walk with 2 guys.

I have an uneven BP too and we're going to be very unconventional. I think it would look good to have either the first or the last BM walk with two guys.

What u can do is have him walk down with 2 girls. Have the rest of the guys walk down with one girl.

Does you or your FH husband have a deceased grandfather or father? Or is your father walking you down the aisle by youself? Because if so you could ask the GM to walk with a single woman in the family such as a mother, or grandmother.
