2 more BM's left to dress(UPDATE w/pics)!

2 more BM's left to dress(UPDATE w/pics)!
In about an hour, I will be picking out BM dresses with my 12 and 14 year old niece. YES they are Jr. BM ages but we are calling them BMs anyway. I am so excited - maybe more so for these two than the adults. Remembering when they were born, brings back many memories. I am wondering which dresses they will choose (with guidance of course). They are pretty sophisticated and worldly as well as apporpriate for young ladies their age. They have been to France and Italy and I have been to EPCOT center! I will post pics later if they let me take them!

Ok we are back!!! Once again, yet another great experience at Bridal Reflections in Carle Place. I brought my nieces in and they both decided on one piece Bill Levkoff dresses as opposed to the 2 piece sets that the adults in the BP chose. Everyone is in a different dress in Euro-Navy. The first pic is of both girls. One is wearing the sample of the dress she will be wearing in the color we chose. The other is wearing the sample of the dress SHE chose. The second pic is of all of us! The 3rd and 4th pictures are of the dresses in navy from the website. We had a great time!

I am so glad that everyone is happy. They all got to choose their own dresses and yet we are able to maintain the uniformity of a BP using the same color. I also ordered a yard of extra fabric so we could use it to wrap their bouquet stems or for anything else we may need. I'm excited.

Everyone looks great and that was an awesome idea about getting extra yard of fabric. I might have to steal that one! Congrats on having one more thing done

I just figured that there would be some sort of need for fabric. Maybe a sash/belt for the FG's or we may be unconventional and make a navy RB pillow or a phony handkerchief (there is a name for it) for the guys or even maybe to line the bathroom baskets. Who knows. I used to teach art, I can come up with something!

I Picked the same Bill Levkoff dress for my BM's!!! It was great to see it on your neices though, b/c I'm having FH's 2 neices as my Jr BM's, and it doesn't look 'too old' for them .... Thanks!!!!!!

The one who you see in the dress is 14. She looked VERY appropriate. I had been concerned that a strapless dress would make her look too sexy,but it didn't. They had the right to choose their own dresses just like the other BMs. We are calling them BMs even though they are Jr BM ages. And Ember you are right. I am VERY proud of them. I got a little misty-eyed watching them try on the dresses. I remember when they were both born. They arent supposed to grow up.
