hotels?OOT guest packages?

I can't block off any hotel rooms until February, so i already sent out my save the dates. My question is... in February when i have the hotel rooms set up for the OOT guests, what kind of note or package should i send them so they know where to call to reserve a room? Should i just print something out and then do more envelopes?

What did all of you girls do? (i live in East Hampton and the wedding is in Montauk so you have to reserve rooms early... so waiting to send them with the invitations would be too late)

Any ideas? I sort of don't know what to do? Anyone use any templates or have any pictures they can post?

We sent out our hotel info with the save the dates! Not ONE room was booked until after we sent out the info again with our wedding invites.

I wouldn't waste the money to send out a separate package with just the hotel info. Send it with your invites instead.

We sent hotel info, and directions to the church, & reception all in the invitations

If you order a block of rooms they will be on hold for your guests. All unbooked rooms are usually released to the general public a month prior to the wedding. So if you send it out with your invites it should be enough time.

We sent out a letter about 6 months before our wedding to let everyone know about the hotel info.
