hello ladies, I looked for this topic but only found an 06 one - we're going to the show on tuesday the 27(i think) - anyone else going?

yup, i am going on tuesday. I am curious to see bodyrock the DJ company. Have you been to one yet?

no- its my first time I'm curious to see the DJ's too, I want absolutely no cheese! for example, during cocktail or intermezzo, I want to hear really cool mellow, trip hop or Shade-ish kinda music, I want to get people in the mood.... (martini bar will also help, hee hee hee) there will be a maximum of 15 minutes of 70's disco! thats it! I already assigned one of bridesmaids to take care of this. (shes very into/good with music)

am a watermill bride as well .. we booked tommy tumes for our DJ. They are outstanding and also associated with watermill. I wont be at the tuesday night show because I have already been to 2 of them. Check out the bridal expo as well on oct. 9th at the nassua colluseum.

I might go on Tuesday night, but I went already. The showcase is good, I expected alot more, but when I went they only had Tommy Tunes there and a band performed for us.

I pretty much booked everything so, I am still undecided if I am going.

what time does is start, is the showcase only to show watermill vendors?

it starts at 7:00 - and i believe you have to tell them you will be attending (and how many ppl you will be bringing along with you)

and yes - i think its only their vendors ...

theres no way i can get there at 7:00 bc i work in manhattan - and watermill is abt away from my house - but if i goo im gonna def be late - im sure you can be late - it starts at 7 - and its not a sit-down or anything

You don't have to show up at 7, you can go more towards 8, thast when the DJ gets on. Before that its just the food and the vendors.

I'll be there with my parents AND my in-laws. This is going to be interesting

I'm not sure when the vendors are leaving. I think they stick around, I just know the attention is shifted toward to DJ and band at 8:00ish
