Got my marriage license and picked up bands today...

Went to Kew Gardens for license - absolute torture! We were there for hours.
I felt better when we got into the city to pick up our rings which I paraded around the office after FH dropped me off. (I guess that's bad luck, but I had to wear it today)

Yes, I pretended I was married today (until I got into my office and starting catching up on everything I missed this morning - not my kind of honeymoon).

We went last Wed. Sept. 14th, and it was exactly the same at that location. I totally understand how you felt! We stood in line for 3 hours!
What a coincidence that we ordered wedding bands that same day, too......
