Hmmm.I get one personal day for each month.
I get off for Thanksgiving
I get off for Winter Recess
I get off for President's week
I get off for Spring Break
I get off for the summer (though I do work summer school because my building has A/C and it pays well.
and some days in between depending on whether or not we have staff development workshops.

It may also depend of length of time or position in company.... I know in my company, if you are there 5 years, you get more vacation time! Will this be your first job?
