Long Island Parks & Recreation??

Hi

Maybe someone here can help me. Im starting a LI Dog Show club and was just wondering if anyone would know how i would go about renting out a park or who i can talk to for some info? I really havent looked into this yet but i figured id ask here before i start my search. Thanks

I used to work in an office for NY State Parks - for them you have to call the permits dept., which is located in their Headquarters in Babylon... try this phone number and they should be able to direct you accordingly (631) 669-0470...as far as county parks, probably contact them
