For those that have and are doing Slipper baskets...
I am going back and forth with this idea!!! Is it worth it? It looks wonderful and so pretty in the baskets, but do the guests really take them and use them???? B/c if it's a big hit, then I'm going for it.TIA

I was going to do them but then decided against them. I am doing so many little extra favors that this would have been too much. Some guests will use it - I've never been to a wedding that provided slippers. Most people take their shoes off which is funny.

I gotta tell ya Everyone loved the slipper idea. Motivated the dancing BIG TIME!!!!I am so glad I did it. Definetely worth it in my opinion. We made sure the basket was up by the Dj and he made an announcement about the basket. THe slippers were gone within 10 mins ( just keep an eye out for the little old ladies pocketing them 2 at a time...
) my aunt was hoarding them...then gave them out to my cousins who didnt get any....

You buy a bunch of slippers in different sizes for your guests to change into so their feet don't hurt while dancing.

I went to 3 weddings this year with slipper baskets (all LIW ladies) and they were a huge hit. Everyone wore them and was dancing all night. I made baskets for around $80 for 50 people.
