Really stupid question of the day

What is a blusher? I probably should know this but I don't. Here's my dilema, I have a 2 layered veil which is going to be attached under my updo, so that I cannot flip the veil over my face when I walk down the aisle. I am so confused. Here is a pic of my veil. link

You don't have to have the blusher be attached to the rest of your viel if it won't work with your current HP and Hairstyle. You can have a seperate one that is attached with a comb or pin. It just goes into the front of your hair. I'm sure your hair dresser could figure something out.
