New Jersey Wedding

Hey girls,

I'm from Long Island but getting married in jersey. I was wondering if you girls could help me find good makeup/hair people in jersey? All the vendors on here who were willing to travel want to charge me an arm and a leg. Any suggestions??

Pics and websites will be MUCH appreciated!

I lived in NJ for 10 years and went to a bunch of weddings. Where are you getting married? I could ask some friends.

Love your wedding date, BTW!

For hair and make-up, I suggest Michelle LoConte. She's great, very sweet and affordable. I wish I had been able to use her for my wedding but she was booked.

If you're near Hoboken, I recommend Hair Cult. I went to them for years, even after I moved to Queens. Good Luck

The New jersey wedding website is not as good as the long island site. No one really posts on there - when I tried to enter the seach term 'hair' or even 'makeup' it told me the word was too common so it wouldnt run a search. You girls are so much more cooperative and helpful! Now i wish i was getting married in long island :)

thanks for the suggestions - i've already contacted some of the vendors you girls have listed.

if you can think of anything else PLEASE keep it coming!
