cheap but nice e-party favor ideas...
Does anyone have any suggestions for an e-party favor that is either easy to make or kind of cheap to buy. We want something nice but we don't want to spend a ton.

When is your e-party? If it's in the winter snowglobes w/ your photo in them($.99) for each snow globe, love that Idea.FH's birthday was friday, I had a party for him, poker theme so for the favors I gave each person a mini bottle og grey goose(that's his fav. you cab get other liquor muh cheaper) w/ 2 shot glasses, and a deck of cards.
How much do you want to spend I havew tons of ideas. What theme is your wedding? Where is your e-party?
What about a bottle of wine w/your photo printed on it w/ the date and somthing like ___&______ are getting married.
coffee bags you print labels to read love is brewing..
the perfect blend, etc.
there's so much you can do. let me know your budget and the other info I asked and I 'll try to help you..

I went to the Chocolate Show today and found these really cute chocolates. they customize the ribbon for you..but they are 4.50 for a box. I'm wondering if that's too much to spend on e-party favors? they're REALLY cute but I might be getting carried away with cute things and forgetting the budget!

We filled little organza bags w/ Hershey's Hugs and Kisses and had ribbons made up that say 'Hugs and Kisses from Krystle and Eric.' They're cute, edible, and cheap!! It came to about $100-115 for 75 of them!!

Re: cheap but nice e-party favor ideas...
I made about 100-110 white and milk chocoloate lollipops. I went to the chocolate duck in farmingdale, but you can go on their website, and got the molds that say happy engagement with a ring in the middle. I think I got about 11-12 lbs of chocolate and with the bags, sticks, molds and everything it cost me about $40-50. I made them all on friday and it only took me about 2.5 hours and it was fun. I also got this luster dust that I brushed on each 'diamond' on the lollipops to make it look sparkly. They came out cute. Let vme know if you want me to post some pics.

I also did the chocoalte lollipops, they came out wonderful and everyone loved them. I went to Candy Lane in West Islip and everything....the sticks, bags, chocolate and ribbon cost me $35. I thought that was very cheap considering I made 150 of them. I used the same mold as the other woman and they were great...I would highly reccomend making the pops, they were so fun and our guests enjoyed them because the were homemade.
