What was the worst wedding 'accident' that you have ever witnessed?

FH and I went to a wedding where the bride got HAMMERED! She was beyond drunk when they announced her! She wouldn't thow her bo-k because they weren't playing the right song. She must have fell down like 30x. She didn't even get tocut her cake because she was 'laying down'.

Another wedding I went to, the best man got really wasted and was seen kissing the back of the brides neck.

ummm.....I unfortunatley was a weding accident.....

my dumb strapless dress fell to my rib cage taking my bra with it while dancing (i still blame the MC with his hands in the air BS)

......yeah i was a real life version of that stupid email......

I was not witness to this technically because I was in my mothers uterus, but her sister's veil caught fire at her wedding from a candle. I saw the home movies of it.

When my ex from college got married, his wife fell off the chair when they lifted her in the air and she broke her leg. Pity

well, i wasnt born yet, but at my parents wedding one of my father's sisters (who's a whole bunch nutty) brought a long eared hare (yes a large rabbit) as her date.
my grandma (mom's mom) freaked out and the hall manager made her put it in her car and IT DIED!!

When my MOH got married (civil service) the officant turns to her and says 'Marriage is serious!! When he is sick and has to go to the hospital.... You must visit him!'

OMG these are sooo funny!! But some are tragic. I am so far fortunate that I have nothing to add.

Although .... my FH was a groomsman in his friends wedding. He was so wasted during the ceremony. Well, somehow the BM forgot to sit down when the ceremony started so all the BMs and GMs were standing for the whole 40 min. ceremony. So as I said, FH was drunk and he was just staring at the back of the guys neck in front of him and swaying from side to side. I totally thought he was going to fall over. Then 1 of the BMs fainted and I was so relieved b/c I figured if FH fell down it wouldn't look so bad!

At the first jewish wedding I ever went to, during the hora, they droped the bride, then they dropped her again, then the MOB was LAUNCHED from her hair to fall from quite a height onto the floor. It' was quite scary.

Another wedding I was invited to as a kid but didn't go b/c I was away at camp, there was a thunderstorm and the catering hall lost all power. No lights, no AC (it was 100 degrees out), no music, no nothing. It's a pretty prominent catering hall, and no generator. NOT pleasant.

A big flower display in the front of the church got lit by a candle!

And my uncle was trying to get a shot of the brides dress after she walked down the aisle with his video camera, she walks by, he steps out and you hear...riiiiiiiip!

Yup it was her dress! She had a detachable train (velcro) and he had ripped it off!

They just attached it and went on with the show. How embarrassing right?

Lets see...my first wedding ever...I was about 9 or 10. It was my cousins wedding...My grandmother went to sit down and fell through the chair....It sounds mean but this made my mother's night..since this was my fathers mother and she was a very nasty woman

At another wedding...Not really an accident but a few omens that maybe these people should NOT be getting married...

The Unity Candle would not light and when they finally got it lit..it blew out!

When they were taking pics in the doorway of the church...the door slammed in the groom's face

The most recent wedding I was in which was my cousins wedding this past July. One of the bridesmaids (another cousin) attempted to jump on the best man's back (our dresses had a VERY high slit in the back). The slit ripped all the way to her tail bone so her ENTIRE A$$ was out and she had a thong on so EVERYONE got a pretty good view of her A$$!!!!

She had the bathroom attendant sewing her dress while she stood in her bra and thong in the women's bathroom greeting all the girls as they walked in...they were all asking 'Where are your clothes!!!!'

It was pretty freakin funny!!!!

Not an accident, but I have another one. At my cousins wedding last year the priest was very nice but maybe wasn't the best speaker, and he was trying to talk about how a marriage is what comes after the glitz and glamour of the wedding day, but it came out really wrong.

'Later Kayla, when you take off beautiful wedding dress, and when you Rob, take off the wedding finery and get undressed, THAT's when you're find out what marriage is all about!'

It took all of my strength not to laugh...
