patchogue manor?

Ladies,
I'm just looking through a magazine and I see an all inclusive wedding at Patchogue Manor for $7,595!!! What's the catch? Is it a not-so-nice place? bad food? bad photography? lol that is too good to be true.... there has to be some catch-22

hmmm, i just put $400 deposit down at Coral House.... wouldn't be bad to lose $400 to save $10,000!!
