Another one of my DIY Projects: My Table Number Votives (With Pictures)

So, here they are, my table number votives. I wanted something different than regular table numbers, so I figured, 'why not match the votive placecards?'

You can never have enough candlelight!

The vases are 6'x8' tall, and I'm deciding if I should use tea lights or pillar candles....

ok, so I already posted on BHB, but seriously, I am going to ask you to help me with some of this stuff. Maria is doing the bulk of my paper, but I want to do a few things with my own little hands...

I'm following you to this board baby! No problem, I'll help! It's super easy Jess! Remember how I was in the beginning? Totally terrified to even attempt doing anything myself b/c everything I touch turns to mush???? Now look!

Believe me, SUPER EASY! And, you get to add so many personal touches that people really do notice!

does fox hollow def. allow them? I am making plans like they do. Do also know if you can have centerpieces with an open flame-like candles on mirrors.

Oh yeah, totally allowed. If you go to their website, you'll see pics of the rooms - all of them with cnadles everywhere!

Great idea! Did you use vellum to wrap the vases?
ETA: This is a great alternative to the place card votives...same effect but not as many to create!

Good idea and they look great! Was it really hard to do? I'm not crafty at all but I want to attempt to make something for this wedding.

Christine I am in awe!! I have a question for you. Where do your centerpieces fit in with those unique table numbers?

I have high CP's that will sit on the table in the center, and I plan on having the table numbers sit right under them. They're to take the place of regular table numbers or table number frames, etc.

To answer the other questions:
I bought the vases from cudge.net, printed the monogram and wording on vellum paper, and then cut it down a bit, and taped it around the top and down the back with double stick tape, and there you have it!

Super EASY!!!!!!

p.s. I am also doing votive placecards, so it fits into the whole 'theme' together.
