Workout Buddy

I work out at the NYSC on 23rd & Park. Does anyone else go there? I think I would be more motivated if I had a workout buddy that I had to meet after work.

I work out at NYSC in the city also. But I go to a bunch of different ones. I go to 52/Broadway, 38th st., 34th Herald Sq.

Maybe we can meet at one a couple times of the week.

I work untill 6:00 every night. so i go after work

me too, I try to go to yoga & spinning(cycling)and I pay for a personal trainer , I never go I'm so bad.

me too, I try to go to yoga & spinning(cycling)and I pay for a personal trainer , I never go I'm so bad.

I manage a restaurant so My time is odd, I can go before 10:00 am (except Mon& Wed, I have class)

Monday I'm off I get out of class at 5:00 so mondauy may be the only day. Have you tried their boot camp class?

I do yoga on Fri. Sat. & Sunday mornings, It relaxes me & energizers me for the day!

ya, i did the boot camp for a few weeks but then i just stopped working out, i am so bad. i can't go in the morning b/c i am at work i can go after work well, i gtg change then go i would say 5:30. did u ever try the boot camp class?

No I havn't I'm nervous b/c I'm not that coordnaited.

MY yoga is persistance, the instructor walks over to me at least once a week to put me in the right pose

so, when do u want to meet up? this is so funny you can laugh my FI made me sign this paper that said i nicole will start working out........etc. etc..... and made me sign it and i gotta start monday....b/c i signed it.... i will run alittle bit and stuff like that..... i know theres a class around 5:30 but i gotta look and see what it is..

I go to NYSC at Rock Center. I go to all different places. I like the one on 59th Street the best, it is the nicest I think.

I go to the NYSC at 41st and 8th. I work out at odd hours though because I work at night.
