duet brides help - anyone have problems with their video?

hi ladies
was wondering if you you guys could help me

i just picked up my video on dvd this afternoon and ran home to watch it ----- i love how it is set up and the way they put it all together artistically and everything -

but i dont think that it is as sharp and clear that it should be - i feel that the words are fuzzy and the photgraphs that we have in their (baby, honeymon etc) are almost vibrating on screen - and even the video itself - i thought it would be really clear and its not - anyone else have a problem like this ---- any suggestions?

I think I am bringing my video back. its because there were some things that did not make the edited version that I wanted to. And it is a little over an hour, which I think is too short for a twelve hour day.

The church audtio is not too good because of the ceilings, but everything else was OK

Mine is fine, the only part that I cant hear too well is in the church but the priest mumbled alot so I guess its ok.

I've had a lot of problems with my DVDs skipping, so I had them send me a VHS.

Bring them back and they will give you new copies!!! I didn't have problems like that.. but I wanted to change one of the songs and edit a few pictures...

They didn't give me a problem at all. THey were really nice about it
