Re: Spinoff...What are you doing to TAKE OFF the newlywed nine (or 15...)?
I'm trying starting tomorrow. I gained a LOT more than 15...I'm pretty disgusted at myself. I wasn't even at my skinniest on my wedding day...I have become progressively lazier as I get old. Anyway, Induction - Atkins hardcore and cardio (Tae-Bo) every day for at least 30 minutes will be my method. I can do it...if I stay focused. The focusing part is the hardest.

I thought I was alone with the newlywed 15. I just ordered the Firm workout. I always thought this would not happen but to my suprise it did.

I had only put on 5 lbs that I had hard time getting off but have continued to work with my nutritionist since about 14 months before my wedding and finally got rid of that 5 and been maintaining for about 3 months now.

I went on a low carb diet. I have lost 5 pounds in less than a week!
I also plan on working out a few times a week.

Re: Spinoff...What are you doing to TAKE OFF the newlywed nine (or 15...)?
I have gained about 12 pounds since my wedding, but I'm still about 4 pounds less than I was when we got engaged. I was able to take off a bunch of weight the year before our wedding, but none of it wants to come off any more. I'm not doing any kind of crazy diets because we're TTC, but I'm just trying to eat healthy and work out a little more.

Re: Spinoff...What are you doing to TAKE OFF the newlywed nine (or 15...)?
Atkins is the only thing that works for me. But the thing is, my appetite has increased SO much from the pill. I have a big appetite anyway, so this is killing me! I can eat 2 slices of pizza, garlic knots and still not be full...

Re: Spinoff...What are you doing to TAKE OFF the newlywed nine (or 15...)?
I gained about 8lbs and it seems so much harded then when I had 15+ pounds before the wedding. But hubby and I joined the gym together and we go on an average of 3-4 days a week (I would like it to be more days a week, but its hard). We didn't get to go at all last week because it was raining -- we didn't feel like going in rain
Anyway I would like to loose my 8 and then 12 more

I started today what me and DH call O.P (Obesity Prevention
) I will be eating a lite breakfast, either yogert, a special K bar, or fruit.
Then for Lunch...I am bringing it to work instead of buying it everyday...either a turkey sand on whole wheat, a smartones or soup.
lite popcorn or suger free jello as an snack.
then a sensible dinner...i hope this with some lite exercise (like walking) will help me drop 6-8 lbs.
wish me luck

Re: Spinoff...What are you doing to TAKE OFF the newlywed nine (or 15...)?
I have lost no weight so far, but my clothes are fitting better, so I must be losing inches. I'm going to the gym again, working out 3 or 4 days a week, more if I can. I'm also watching snacks, and my prewedding bad habit of pastries for breakfast. I still have them, but much less often than I was.I've been eating well for breakfast and dinner, but lunch is where it falls apart for me. My job will be changing soon, and I won't be moving around as much as I do now. Often I wind up eating junk for lunch. I have a lot of meetings in other areas, so I'm constantly on the run and don't always have a place to heat up food or store my food.

Re: Spinoff...What are you doing to TAKE OFF the newlywed nine (or 15...)?
I watch my calorie intake and jog everyday on my treadmill. I try not to consume more than 1200 calories for the day but most importantly I make sure I stay committed to my daily workouts.

Re: Spinoff...What are you doing to TAKE OFF the newlywed nine (or 15...)?
I never seriously dieted to 'get into my dress'. I'm the same weight now since before we got married. My habits have been consistent so my weight is.
