Engagement Announcements

Hi Everyone,

My FH and I want to send out engagement annoucements. Ive looked all over the Internet and the only thing I seem to find are STD's (which is way to early for us to send). Does anyone have a recommendation for a good website that does ANNOUNCEMENTS... Im starting to go crazy.. We went to Party City and they are so expensive. (and they only have STD's that would have to be changed to announcements). Any help you girls can give me would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks.
Katie

Re: Engagement Announcements

I am in the same boat you are! Its a little frustrating, we should design a few ourselves and make millions off of them!

Re: Engagement Announcements

Here is what my FH and I did. We did an engagemen t party, so we put our announcements on our e-party cards. But here is exactly what we did. We went to Walmart and printed and bought an invite kit. You can use them for anything. Engagement Announcements, STDs, even wedding invites. Its really easy and not too expensive. Our looked lovely. Sorry I don't have a pic. But we put our picture on top of the card. It also comes with reception cards. but you can use them as thank you cards for anything you might get from people who get the announcement.
If you really need to have someone else make them from you, just ask to change 'Save The Date' to 'Faith Anne Brown and Jame Mark Fisher Wish to announce their engagement!'

Re: Engagement Announcements

I would go on Vistaprint.com and design your own. they're really affordable, and they're very professional.

Google for a coupon code - there's always some floating around.

Re: Engagement Announcements

We ordered our engagement announcements on response card stock. We just chose an invitation style that we liked, made up our own saying and just ordered the response cards only. My mom paid for them, but i think she paid around $50 or so for 100 cards. They came out gorgeous and we got a ton of positive feedback on them.
