Our rehearsal was Tuesday...which was great because Wednesday and Thursday were insanely busy days.

See but then the out of towners might not be in... so I was like maybe I should do it during the week.
My FBIL had his the night before the wedding and actually it was really nice becasue everyone was there and it kept them busy so their nerves werent too bad.

okay-I see what you are saying. We have a few people in the BP that will not be in until late the night before-so hopefully we can get through it without them. I think for me I would be to stressed to have it the night before-but it would be nice for you because that way you can enjoy your guests from out of town.

I think for me I would be to stressed to have it the night before-but it would be nice for you because that way you can enjoy your guests from out of town.

The night before - Thursday. I'd rather be busy instead of sitting in my house. I'll have a glass of wine at dinner to put me to sleep. But remember with Friday weddings, you don't have to get up at the crack of dawn either.

We are still deciding on this...My brother & SIL are the only two in the BP that are from out of town....Originally we wanted to do it the weekend before, but my MOH has a wedding...So it will be sometime the week of the wedding

I thnk we are doin it the Weds night before....I wanna have a 1/2 day weds, take off thurs & fri n have the rest for my honeymoon. my "new year" for vacatin/sick/personal days start every august 1st

FH does not want it to be the night before, bc I think he wants to go out afterward...but most of my girls do not live locally (one is in the city and one about 1/2 hour away) so they will stay with me the night before so I want it on Thursday so they won't have to travel 2 times in one week.

Mine is the night before because almost all of my bridal party is from out of town. I just thought it would be nice to relax the night before--it will be a little hectic but I am sure it will be fine.

We aren't sure yet.. we have only had 1 meeting with the priest and he said most likely it will be the night before... which I first thought would be stressful.. but it is definitely easier for the out of town guests.

Now did you all actually BOOK your rehearsal date already? I was thinking we were just given a date.. my priest didn't really seem like there was much choice.. he just said.. it will probably be thursday night... hmm.. i will have to find this out.

I didn't have a Friday night wedding, I had a Saturday night, but we had a rehearsal brunch the Sunday before our wedding. It was perfect beacuse it was early in the day and noone had to worry about drinking and having to wake up 5 hours later.
