Anyone know anywhere besides NYSC in or around Long Beach to exercise?
Hi, I have 9 months left to get the arms in shape. I prefer classes rather than just going somewhere and tred milling and I am usually not able to go until 7:30 at nights. I would love pilates or Yoga or any kind of fun classes. Any one have any suggestions? I don't like NYSC cause the classes are kind of in the middle of the gym and i feel funny
