Does anyone know what they are doing for their bachelorette party?

I already discussed it with my sisters and BM's. I don't want strippers. I want to go to Foxwoods casino for a weekend and gamble, drink, and hang out at the spa!!! Any future brides have ideas? Any past brides wanna share what they did?

we are going to mohegan sun for a long weekend...I dont want to go the stripper route either..not my style

I love the whole spa idea! One of my friends did a winery tour and then went out!

I don't want strippers either. My thing would be more along the lines of a Yankee game and then off to Mohegan Sun and Foxwoods, or maybe down to AC.

We just went to the wineries for a bachlorette party this weekend and it was a lot of fun. For the last Bridal Party I was the MOH for we went to AC for a weekend. Both a blast . . . depends what you are in for. No strippers though, waste of $$$$$$$$$

If I were you I would go to Mohegan Sun instead of Foxwoods. Both are nice, but Mohegan has a younger crowd and really nice restaurants.

Staying over night in the city. Probably go to out to dinner and then hit up some bars. We might even see a show the next day.

My sister (MOH) has been planning it for awhile.

I was my sister's MOH for her wedding in April '05. She didn't want strippers either. We went to Caroline's for and hour and a half and then out to dinner at Tao's (which was excellent). Then to the Culture Club. She wanted to see Mama Mia, but the times were off for everyone. You should see a play, go out to eat and then maybe to a club.

Since i live in baltimore and most of my friends are still up in NY, we were thinking of renting a cabin somewhere in the poconos or somewhere like that, and having a fun, all girls weekend (NO strippers) and maybe have one of those 'spa parties' i've heard about! I guess people come to your place and give you all massages or something(?)

Should be fun and my MD friends will be able to meet and have fun with my NY friends!

I told my MOH I definitely don't want any strippers and she agreed....we both think they're yucky!! LOL We went to the Elizabeth Arden Red Door Spa in Connecticut over the summer and I told her I'd like to do something like that. The great thing is, it's in a hotel and it's right near Mohegan Sun. The hotel even has shuttle buses to the casino so we wouldn't have to worry about who is going to drive.

I am having two, since FH is having two also. Some of us are going to Mohegan Sun and the spa overnight and the ones who don't want to do that are going out in the city one night.

followed by dinner and then out to a few places

By BF had a stripper this weekend- I did not like it so much- it was kind of GROSS
