We finally ate our cake!

Since we were away for our anniversary, we didn't get to eat our cake until last night. (We waited for my family to be with us since my Mom missed that part of the night).

Surprisingly, it froze really well!

Thanks! If you wrap it really well it should be fine. I used one of the vacuum seal bags. My Mom's freezer bit the dust mid summer so it defrosted a little, but it was still good.
