I tried to change it 5 times. I pressed F5.. I rebooted.. I did everything!!!

See?? I dont see that. I see a pic of a girl holding her hair in one hand & trolls in the other. (My old pic)

Give it some time...it's saved on your computer as a cookie. It should change within the next couple of times you log on. I don't know why F5 isn't working for you. It should be.

Press the refresh button on your web browser. That usually works for me.
