Duet Brides - Album & video question

How long did it take you to get your album layout after you submitted your proofs?

And how long until you got your video?

After waiting so long to submit my stuff, look who's getting impatient!!

I just submitted my stuff so here is what I know... video - about 2 months... albums - they contact you after about a month to approve the album layout, when you approve the layout it takes about 2 months...

i just did all this so
after we handed everything in it took about 5 weeks to get the video and our album layout back

and once we approve the album layout they say 8 weeks before we will get that and our parents albums!!!

we got our thank yous and reprnts back really quick though

You waited even longer than me! I thought I was slowest...glad to know I'm not alone in waiting forever to do my album!! But we both have good excuses...we got pg in the blink of an eye after tying the knot!

After waiting so long to submit my stuff, look who's getting impatient!!

After submitting the proofs it was about 6 weeks (approximately, I forgot the exact time, but they were not 'late') before I got a layout emailed to me. We emailed back and forth making changes for a few weeks. I found that it was very hard to explain the changes to them over email or phone. It took a while for them to understand what I meant and ge it right. After I approved the layout, it was 8 weeks until my album was ready, which is how long they said it would be.

The video was quick. I think about 4-5 weeks.

Now the boys are here, we have no excuse! My goal is to get it done by the end of the year.

Our parents got so annoyed that we were taking so long that they picked their proofs last Dec. They've had their albums since January. Whenever we have people over who didn't come to the wedding, I ask my MIL if I can borrow her album so I can show people bc I hate pulling out all the proofs.
