Changing name with Motor Vehicles

I need to change my name on my license, the title of the car, and the registration. Would like charge me for each thing I have to change. I saw something on the site that says it would cost $10.00. Is that right?

I just went on Fri - it was $10. Stupid me didn't bring my title and as I posted below, am now worried that can be an issue as the person who helped me did the license & registration for me & told me I can leave my title in my maiden name. Anyway, yes it was $10 & I even redid my photo
