Did any non-jewish brides have a canopy at their ceremony?

I guess this applies mainly if you get marred at the hall. JT provides one for us, but I don't want it to look like a Chuppah. I was raised Jewish, but we are having a civil ceremony since my FH was raised Catholic and we are both strongly agnostic. Our florist is going to decorate it with flowers. Has anyone seen or done this before? Thanks!

ETA: just re-read my post and had some grammatical errors. Fixed!

We had a chuppa/canopy at our ceremony (we sat under it for our reception also) We're both Christian, I just had it because I love how they look. Ive seen several other non-Jewish weddings where they did the same.
