Jericho Terrace brides.... Church Question!!!

I am getting married at JT and as of right now I am planning on getting married at the RH.

Now I am kinda feeling a church wedding.

I was just wondering if you guys can suggest a nice church NEAR JT with nice grounds and beautiful interior.

Need address, contact info, requirements for marriage and also suggested 'donation'.

I would suggest my Church, St Brigids in Westbury. But they require that you be a member of the parish to have your ceremony there. Actually, I'm pretty sure most Catholic churches in the diocese of RVC require that.

I am getting married at Cure of Ars in Merrick. It is also in the diocese of RVC. I am having my reception at the Jericho Terrace also. Its only like 15 min away. It is gorgeous inside. They have a website. Just google Cure of ars merrick, new york.

I know there is a church down willis avenue...between the LIE and jericho....I don't know anymore info than that

Are you thinking of St Aidans?

There is also Corpus Christi in Mineola off Willis Avenue...

Not sure if you need to be a member of the parish to get married in either

What type of church are you lookng for? The Church of the Nativity is lovely (it's an Episcopal church).

if you are a member of a brooklyn parish i would rec. that you talk to someone there and find out what to do. as far as i know you have to be a member of a parish to get into the dioceses. i think LI (nassau and sufflok) is a different dioceses than brooklyn. check with your regular parish.
