help! NWR- cooking chicken - oven roaster!
im cooking chicken - its about 7.5 lbs and has been in the oven since 5 pm- its now 720
the pop -up thingy hasnt popped but i dont want it to be dry.
pleaser help! could it be possible the popup thing is broken?

That seems like a long time but I'm not sure. I'd take it out and cut into it, you'll be able to tell if it's done or not. Sorry I'm not more help.

do you have one of those meat therm. thingys?? the pop ups are usually pretty good and it doesnt seem overly long yet so I wouldnt worry. hth
