diy donation scrolls- please post pics!!!!

you guys always have great ideas and I wanted to see how past brides have done donations in lieu of favors. did you do a scroll tied with a bow? did you use a poem in memory of someone? I want do donate to the american cancer association in memory of fh's mother but I'm not sure how to word it. can you guys please post pictures?? Thanks!!
