Question for Signature Florist girls...

I just found out that my Church 'frowns upon' the tulle swagging on the pews and the flower girl throwing rose petals. The wedding coordinator at my Church says that I should just make the pew bows/flowers larger and on every other pew to make up the difference. So my question is do you think I should call George now to discuss the alternatives or wait until a few weeks prior to the wedding to tell him things have changed? I don't want to be a pain in his a** but I also don't want budget surprises later on down the line. Would you wait or call now and schedule a time to go see him again?

give him a call. it's better to give a heads up in my opinion. he'll note it on your contract and help think of alternatives and also let you know if the price changes at all.
