Does anyone's Groom 2 be sometimes get on your nerves when it comes to wedding planning?

Sometimes my Groom 2 be says the dumbest things about wedding planning. Other times he can cooperate with me. How do I grin and bear it. Without losing it?

I have to be honest he's been pretty good. He goes to all the apts w/ me, but I can see he zones out when I go on & on about flowers or cakes or booking a hotel for guests....he's mainly like, whatever you want honey....

After I excitedly go on and on about finally choosing a color for my bm dresses. He asks me why don't I want to asks his sisters or people in his family what they think. FYI My father and us are paying. I wanted to choke him

No but he gets on my nerves about other things so don't feel bad. We love them but they all drive us up the wall sometimes!

how about every other day?

he'll pretend to not care about something at one moment and then hours later start yelling because i didn't ask his opinion or discuss it more indepth with him before making a decision!

Your's has those too!! Every decision we make, he has to make an Excel chart for! Heaven forbid we actually just go with our gut feeling instead of where we will get the best deal.

What is with the mental meltdowns that these men have. One minute it's up to you baby. Then the next minute well why you telling me this now! It's so hard to plan things with him
about the minister. One day he told me pick and do whatever you want. Then I pick a minister who happens to be a woman. He goes 'A woman minister. I don't know about that.
See your modern I'm traditional'. Please we have a one year old daughter. The jig is up!

Here is the funny thing...he makes the charts to compare and contrast which, in theory, is terrific. However, we always end up choosing the vendor that I picked with my GUT before the comparisons are even made. Does it matter in the end? No. But the process is just delayed or extended. If it makes him think the decisions are 'educated' then so be it. Not a fight worth having if we end up with the same thing!

I make all of the decisions!!! I just tell him where to show up and what amount to write the check out for!! I prefer it this way!!! And no fighting!!!

I know. sometimes I just have to leave the room though. Those are the days I take long bubble baths.

YES!! I try to include him and discuss things that I'm planning w/ him and he goes off w/ his opinions that he just came up w/ that moment. I don't know where he gets off w/ that, when he never gives any of it a second thought on his own! So I always threaten him that I'm not going to bother talking to him about any of it anymore! It's always a darn fight!!
